General

Camp and Fish reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use Camp and Fish website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Camp and Fish will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in writing via e-mail to sales@campandfish.co.uk.

Camp and Fish do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please Contact us on sales@campandfish.co.uk.

Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within 5 business days, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Camp and Fish shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Payment

Camp and Fish take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of a similar product of equal or greater value (charged at the lower price) as soon as possible. You will then be given the option to cancel where a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or to accept the substituted goods at the lower price.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

If we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason we will always contact you first to ensure that the substitute product is acceptable.

We have included the following term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing or we have inadvertently under-priced goods then the correct price will automatically be applied to said products.

Payment can be made by any method specified in the website.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that Camp and Fish have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices are shown in £ Great British Pounds. These prices exclude delivery charges.

Returns Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase up to 7 working days* following the day of delivery.

*"Working Days" means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.

Any goods can be returned to us within 7 days of purchase provided the goods are still unused, in the original packaging and any sealing straps unbroken. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any tents or awnings returned which have already been pitched. Please note all electrical items due to their nature are excluded from the Camp and Fish returns policy unless there is a genuine manufacturers fault with the item. Please ensure you read the specification on the box before installation. We also cannot accept back electrical items under our returns policy if the plastic wrapping has been unsealed as this makes them unsellable – this does not affect your statutory rights.

To request a cancellation of your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, please contact us on 0843 289 8733 or e-mail us on sales@campandfish.co.uk to request a RMA (Returned Material Authority), before returning any goods. You will need to provide us with your Invoice Number, Order Number or Name and Address. Once the goods have been returned and inspected one of our sales department will contact you about your refund. We will refund your original purchase excluding Postage and Packaging. Return postage and returning your items is the responsibility of the buyer.

If cancelling your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it. Any free gifts(if any) received with the product must also be returned.

If you follow the above, we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product paid and we reserve the right to retain any charge paid for premium delivery services that have already begun or been completed. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card. A restocking charge of 10% of the gross retail price plus original postage charged will be deducted from any refund as a result of any non-manufacturer design fault.

We reserve the right to refuse any deliveries without the required RMA number attached.

Return postage and returning your items is the responsibility of the buyer. It is advisable that any returns are done via a trackable method as Camp and Fish will not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

We can not cancel your purchase when:

Delivery Options

The majority of our deliveries are sent using UPS or UK Mail Couriers and as such need to be signed for, therefore we would recommend using a delivery address where somebody will be available to do this during normal working hours (Monday to Friday). ie your office or place of work.

Any product with a two letter prefix i.e.: DY081 are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class and are not elegible for our Guaranteed Next Day delivery service. All Fishing Rods are automatically despatched by courier as Royal Mail are unable to ship these products due to the size. However, due to circumstances beyond our control in extreme circumstances delivery may take up to 5 business days, however this is extremely rare.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery at £19.99 excludes ALL WSB Tackle items and is delivered using UPS Couriers to UK Mainland addresses only (Includes Scottish Highlands but excludes ALL Islands.)

For delivery outside the EC, you must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. The importation or exportation of certain types of goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. Camp and Fish make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) or other defect with your order, we will normally offer a prompt exchange service. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. After 28 days you will only be offered an exchange. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault prior to exchange or refund.

To request an exchange/refund of your goods, please contact us on 0843 289 8733 or e-mail us on sales@campandfish.co.uk to request a RMA (Returned Material Authority), before returning any goods. You will need to provide us with your Invoice Number, Order Number or Name and Address.

Upon return of goods found to be faulty we will return a working replacement of equal or better specification to the customer within 14 working days of us receiving the goods. If, after 14 working days, a replacement cannot be sent for whatever reason, a full refund will be given, if requested, at the current market value of the item. If this is not ascertainable, then a refund will be given for the value of the nearest equivalent item.
