Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Camp and Fish, nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. General

Camp and Fish reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use Camp and Fish’s website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Camp and Fish will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in writing via e-mail to campandfish@ymail.com.

Camp and Fish do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please Contact us on campandfish@ymail.com.

Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within 5 business days, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Camp and Fish shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Payment

Camp and Fish take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of a similar product of equal or greater value (charged at the lower price) as soon as possible. You will then be given the option to cancel where a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or to accept the substituted goods at the lower price.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment can be made by any method specified in the website.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that Camp and Fish have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices are shown in £ Great British Pounds. These prices exclude delivery charges.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not store any of your credit card details either online or offline.

Returns

We will accept returns up to 7 days after they have been received. Please email us to arrange returns. We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in 'as new' condition. If goods returned show signs of wear and tear no refund will be given and the subsequent return postage will be for the buyer’s account.

Once the package is received we will refund the value of the transaction subject to a handling charge of 15% of the original transaction value.
